Breakfest Bio adopts a strict life cycle quality control (QC) system to ensure the quality, safety and consistency of tannic acid, gallic acid and azelaic acid, in compliance with global standards for pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food additive applications.

The screening of raw materials is one of the most important quality control processes. All arriving materials are subject to strict testing to check for microbial contamination, residual solvents and heavy metals (≤0.1 ppm). It can only be achieved by creating materials that meet the USP/fcc grade standards.

Real-time process monitoring: The production line adopts HPLC and NIRS (near-infrared spectroscopy), including online QC tools, closely monitoring important parameters, such as adjusting the extraction time of tannic acid to maintain its antioxidant activity, or adjusting the crystallization rate of gallic acid to prevent the formation of impurities.

Finished product certification: Each batch of products undergoes a strict testing process, including particle size measurement, stability testing, and purity analysis. To ensure traceability, each batch of products includes a complete COA and 24-month samples.
